Restaurant Bistro Rudbeck is located inside the main entrance, to the left after the reception desk. There you can start the day with fresh bread rolls, juices, smoothies and freshly brewed coffee. Every Monday-Friday a well-cooked lunch buffet is served, with plant based dishes as well as meat and fish dishes.

Bistro Rudbeck can also offer catering with a large variety of food and drinks, such as a disputation buffet, sandwiches/smörgåstårta and a business lunch/dinner with an á la carte menu. To order, please send an email to catering.uppsala@nordrest.se.

Opening hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00-15:30. Lunch is served 11:00-13:30.
Closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
